    Invent ® RIPA Lysis Buffer

    描述:

    RIPA(Radio-Immunoprecipitation Assay)裂解液用于从哺乳动物细胞和组织中提取蛋白质已经有数十年时间。 裂解液中含有低浓度的离子型和非离子型表面活性剂,不会干扰抗原-抗体结合。操作方法相对简单,提取的蛋白质可用于Western blotting, ELISA和免疫沉淀等应用。


    成分:


    10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0),150 mM NaCl,1% Triton X-100,0.5% Sodium deoxycholate,0.1% SDS,1mM EDTA (pH 8.0)
