    此试剂用于溶解Invent试剂盒提取(目录号:SM-005,SM-005-P,MP-007,CP-011,NE-013,YM-017,MM-018和AF-023,ED-028,LY-034,ER-035,ER-036,GO-037,MM-038,LR-039,PT-040,PN-041,LR-042,PF-045,PR-048,PG-049,PE-050,PL-051,SY-052,CF-053,CF-055等)或其他公司试剂盒提取的不可溶性蛋白。溶解的蛋白质在阴离子表面活性剂(SDS)作用下成为变性蛋白,本试剂溶解的蛋白质主要应用于SDS-PAGE电泳和WB。一般情况下,溶解的蛋白质使用SDS去除剂(货号WA-012,Invent)去除SDS后也可用于免疫沉淀和胰酶消化。
