    描述:

    从组织和培养细胞中分离和纯化细胞核是常见的实验室操作。离体细胞核,特别是单核,广泛应用于FACS分析、单核分析(如RNA-seq和ATAC-seq)、免疫荧光染色、细胞周期分析和凋亡研究等多种实验。传统的分离细胞核的方法相对简单、直接。然而,经常遇到分离的细胞核聚集和高比例的双核现象等。本试剂盒专门为解决这些问题而设计。该方案简单、快速、有效。与传统方法相比,该试剂盒所需原料少,样品量范围大(1-30mg)。缓冲液中含有专用的表面活性剂混合物,可有效的溶解细胞。如需要不含有表面活性剂的完整细胞核分离,可以选购cat#NI-024。

    应用:

    分离的细胞核可用于单个细胞核分析(RNA-seq和ATAC-seq),流式细胞仪分析,染色体免疫共沉淀(芯片),免疫荧光染色。
