    描述:

    单细胞RNA测序是研究组织复杂组成的有力技术,然而神经元是高度互联的,很难从神经元组织中,例如脑和脊髓等获得单个细胞。从冷冻的神经元组织中分离出完整的细胞更加困难。由于这些限制,因此单细胞RNA测序可以使用单核测序取代。从神经元组织中分离单个核的传统方法比较繁琐、耗时长,得率低,且很难去除髓鞘和其他细胞成分的污染。本试剂盒专门为解决以上问题而设计,操作简单、快速、且分离效率高。与传统方法相比,该试剂盒所需的起始原料更少,可处理1-25mg范围的样品。缓冲液中含有专用的表面活性剂,可有效的溶解细胞。如需要不含有表面活性剂的完整细胞核分离,可选购cat#NI-024。

    应用:

    FACS分析、单核分析(如RNA-seq和ATAC-seq)、免疫荧光染色、细胞周期分析和凋亡研究等。
