    描述：

    脂肪细胞是体内主要的能量储存场所，也具有重要的内分泌功能。因此了解脂肪细胞的发育和功能是在生理和病理条件下研究代谢平衡必不可少的关键。将细胞分成细胞核和细胞质是一种常用的实验方法，然而由于脂肪细胞含有大量的脂类，极低量的蛋白，所以分离这两种细胞组分比其他细胞困难的多。文献报道的脂肪组织细胞核细胞质分离的方法繁琐又耗时，且起始样品至少要50g组织量。Minute™脂肪组织胞质胞核分离试剂盒提供了一种快速简便从脂肪组织获得高纯度细胞核的方法，且只需要毫克级组织样品，可实现从小动物和活检标本中分离细胞核和细胞质。通常情况下，每种样品可获得50,000-100,000个完整的细胞核。分离得到的细胞质蛋白含量约为0.5-1mg/ml。

    分离得到的细胞核可用于蛋白质，DNA和RNA的提取
