    描述:

    Minute厚壁微生物总蛋白提取试剂盒无需仪器,可以从酵母,丝状真菌,革兰氏阳性和阴性菌虫卵,微藻中等提取总蛋白。试剂盒同时提供优化的变性裂解液和天然裂解液可供不同下游实验选择。与传统方法比无需复杂的实验条件,从酵母中提取某些分子量范围的蛋白质更优于其他方法。可用于对数期和静止期微生物。试剂盒所有步骤在单一管内完成,时间<10分钟,得率可达2-5 mg/ml。


    应用:

    提取的蛋白质样品可以应用于SDS-PAGE, WB,IP, ELISA,酶活性检测和蛋白质组学分析。缓冲液可以兼容IMAC树脂用于His-标签蛋白纯化。
