    描述:

    骨组织通常用于研究的有两种类型:密质骨和松质骨。骨组织中的细胞紧密堆积,由于其独特的结构,很难有效地从中提取总蛋白质。使用传统的溶液法提取蛋白质如RIPA效率低,产率也很低,提取的蛋白质图谱也是不完整的。本试剂盒利用离心管技术以及优化的裂解液,利用物理研磨和化学裂解相结合,提供了一种简单和快速的从人或动物骨组织中提取蛋白质的高效方法。可根据特定的下游应用选择变性裂解液或天然裂解液。整个过程不到10分钟即可完成,蛋白质得率根据骨骼样品类型不同在0.5-2mg/ml范围。试剂盒所提供试剂及耗材可以满足50个样品实验。


    应用:

    SDS-PAGE, WB,IP,ELISA,酶活性测定和蛋白质组学分析。缓冲剂与IMAC树脂兼容,可用于His标签蛋白纯化。在质谱分析之前需将提取的蛋白质样品中的盐和表面活性剂除去。
