    描述:

    皮肤组织由表皮、真皮和皮下脂肪组成。由于皮肤组织独特的结构,所以研磨匀浆非常困难,在提取总蛋白时也十分难裂解。使用传统的溶液蛋白质提取方法如RIPA,提取皮肤总蛋白效率,产率都极低。提取的蛋白质图谱也是不完整的。本试剂盒使用离心管柱技术及优化的裂解液,采取物理研磨和化学裂解相结合的方法,为人和动物皮肤组织总蛋白的提取提供了一种高效的方法。本试剂盒可简单快速的提取高质量皮肤总蛋白,无蛋白丢失,可以根据特定的下游应用选择变性细胞裂解液或天然细胞裂解液。整个提取过程不到10分钟即可完成,蛋白质得率在1-5mg/ml。试剂盒所提供试剂及耗材可以满足客户50个样品实验。


    应用:

    SDS-PAGE, WB,IP,ELISA,酶活性测定和蛋白质组学分析。缓冲剂与IMAC树脂兼容,可用于His标签蛋白纯化。在质谱分析之前需将提取的蛋白质样品中的盐和表面活性剂除去。
