    初级内体(EE)是次级成熟内体的起点,初级内体主要是由内吞的囊泡相互融合形成。初级内体不仅仅通过网格蛋白介导的信号通路接受胞吞物,还有其他许多通路。胞吞机制除了在维持正常细胞生理中起到重要作用,还在阿尔兹海默病和遗传性溶酶体储积症等许多疾病中发挥了很大作用。

    应用:
